They could just add it to the game just like everything else. I will not go through the BS to create an account. They just want your info= sell to marketers

you dont have to link all your accts. they each can have their own PlayNC acct. Linking them makes it easier to manage..I guess. Also harder to sell..if you ever plan to sell them.

A lot of good another month is going to do when you cant get the info you need to access a non existent account (maybe not non existent, but one not created by you, it just happened because someone purchased something from the ingame store) and cant get the needed info to log into the store because apparently your account is already linked. And let alone the 15+ tickets that folks have sent in to get the needed info and cant get the needed info because the info they send doesn't work and you still get the same old message stating your account is already linked....
Its all crap. I still cant figure out why they didn't just implement it with the update like in the past. Yea, they wanted us to go to the store, look around and see what was offered. Ok, we did that, now fix it so that those of us that still cant get the info needed can get their storage please.
Let alone the accounts that were banned last weekend for purchasing things there...yes, i know they are getting their accounts back (thank god) but who is to say that something like that wont happen this time around? I'm really not sure I want to risk it on a 4 year old account. And yes, I know the messages those folks got was "credit card fraud" but still.....
Sorry, I got a bit off topic there...but is still relevant.

The support site says to give X info. I gave maybe half of it, told them I didn't even know the name of the person who had registered it. I went out, came back, and my info got sent to me.

For all those that are having trouble getting your info, go to the support website and look for the phone number to call.

I called support, explained my problem (forgot account info, all of it), went through a short process of answering a few questions, providing one access key, and within 30 minutes from dialing the number i had my extra pane ingame.
Wait for weeks if you feel like it, or call the number and be finished with it in a half hour.
